How to use

Cleaning takes about five minutes. Do it over a sink or in the shower.

1. Charge it

Charge the device with the USB-C cable before the first use.

2. Fill with warm water

Fill the 200 ml tank with clean water at body temperature. Test it on your wrist. It should feel warm, not hot.

3. Fit a tip and pick Gentle mode

Push a clean tip on firmly. Always start with Gentle mode.

4. Rinse

Tilt your head over the sink. Hold the bowl against your ear so the tip sits at the opening of the ear canal. Do not push the tip inside. Press start. Water and wax flow out into the bowl.

5. Empty, clean and dry

Empty the tank and bowl. Rinse the tip and clean it with the brush. Let all parts dry in the air.
